Return Policy

Here at The Lady Bag we want to make sure you love your bag. We offer a full in store credit on returns.  If you decide you would like to return your bag please follow the steps below.

Once The Lady Bag receives and processes your return we will issue you a gift card sent directly to your email. Please note all return layaways will incur a 15% restocking fee. 

Remember for your item to be eligible for a return you must have the security tag still attached, unworn and in the same condition it was purchased in. All returns must include all “extras” (dust bag, box, lock and straps etc.)

  1. Submit your return request via email to anna@theladybag.com within 3 business days of receiving your delivery. The items must be shipped back to The Lady Bag within 10 days of receiving the item.
  1. Once your return is approved you will receive an approval email with a USPS  shipping label. The item must be shipped back to The Lady Bag within 10 days of receiving the bag.

  2. When your item is received by The Lady Bag the return process can take up to 10 business days. Once the item is received, deemed unworn, within the return requirements and goes through our authentication department you will then receive your gift card via email.                                                                  

    Jewelry Returns

    All estate jewelry is not returnable and final sale.

    Buyback Program

    We do buy bags back that have been unworn and are in the same condition. Please checkout our Buyback program through the link below. 

    Misrepresentation Return Claim & Authentication

    Please email anna@theladybag.com, include your name and order number. Each claim will be processed according to the situation. You should expect an answer within 48 business hours.

    The Lady Bag has a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to replicas and non-authentic items. The Lady Bag will issue a full refund if an item you purchased is not authentic or has been misrepresented in its listing.
